1. Acceptance of advertising programs is subject to space availability upon receipt of signed contract
or insertion order by MED-HELP.COM & MED-HELP.NET
2. Online advertisements are accepted upon the representation that the advertiser and its agency have
the right to publish and display the contents hereof. In consideration of such online publication and
display, the advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify and hold MED-HELP.COM (not responsible
and harmless) against any expense or loss by reason of any claims arising out of online publication and
display.
3. Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of the MED-HELP.COM except where a request for
a specific preferred position is acknowledged by MED-HELP.COM in writing. Material must be
received by material closing date, otherwise position may be lost, or requested impression levels may
be changed.
4. MED-HELP.COM may use prior material if new material is not received on time.
5. Cancellations or changes in orders must be made in writing and be received by MED-HELP.COM on
or before the closing date. Once the campaign has began running, MED-HELP.COM, requires Ten
Days advance notice for cancellations.
6. All contents of advertisements are subject to MED-HELP.COM's approval. MED-HELP.COM
reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation or position
commitment at any time.
7. The Non Profit Organizations MED-HELP.COM , shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for
any reason it fails to electronically publish and display an advertisement. In no event shall
MED-HELP.COM , be liable for any damages, consequential or otherwise, in excess of the amount paid
for the advertisement, as a result of any mistake in the advertisement, omission from or error in any
index, or for any other reason.
8. MED-HELP.COM shall have the right to hold advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and
severely liable for such monies as are due and payable to the MED-HELP.COM for advertising which
the advertiser or its agent ordered and which advertising was published and displayed.
9. No conditions other than those set forth in the advertising agreement shall be binding on the
organization MED-HELP.COM unless specifically agreed to in writing by MED-HELP.COM.
MED-HELP.COM will not be bound by conditions printed or appearing on order blanks or Internet
placements which conflict with the provisions set forth in the advertising agreement set by
MED-HELP.COM and the advertiser.
10. MED-HELP.COM is not liable for delays in delivery and/or non delivery in the event of an
Act-of-God, action by any government or quasi-governmental entity, fire, flood, insurrection, riot,
explosion, embargo, strikes whether legal or illegal, labor or materials shortage, transportation
interruption of any kind, work slow-down or any condition beyond the control of the electronic
publisher affecting production or delivery in any manner, including any effects caused by
complications of what is termed as Rolling Black Outs or Brown
Outs.
11. As used in this section entitled "Advertising Terms and Conditions," the words MED-HELP.COM
is considered to be the online publisher and also refers to the organizations true name,
MED-HELP.COM & MED-HELP.NET. and its charter as stated: Resource Guide & Medical Database: A Non Profit
Christian Medical Ministry: Your Family Medical Site- For Up To Date Medical
Information, People helping People.
12. Rates are subject to change upon a 2 week notice from MED-HELP.COM.
13. All Advertisers, have the option of advertising as a suggested donation.
14. Suggested Donations, are set between the advertiser and, MED-HELP.COM
15. Advertising rates, are an agreement set by the Advertising Party and MED-HELP.COM.
16. The term MED-HELP.COM and its use in this document shall also
apply to MED-HELP.NET.
MED-HELP.COM & MED-HELP.NET are a collective entity & shall
also be known as MED-HELP.COM collectively. The disposition of both
sites use shall remain up to the owner of MED-HELP.COM &
MED-HELP.NET. MED-HELP.COM a Non Profit Christian Medical
Ministry of Grace Baptist Church.
