And How To Find Your IP Address:
- First Click on the NetMeeting Undock button.
- Next Click on the Help button,
- At the bottom of the column choose: About
Windows NetMeeting. There you will find YOUR IP Address.
Example: (209.12.108.54)
- Remember that each time that you run NetMeeting, Your IP
address will change! So do not for get to keep checking this. Your
IP Address is what you place in the (calto: box) or the small black
address window just above the Larger NetMeeting window to place a
call!
- To find out your IP address For
Windows
1st. Connect to the Internet, 2nd. Go to Start, 3rd.
Go to Run, 4th. Type in: winipcfg, 5th. Click on OK. Now when
some body ask's you your IP address so they can call you, You have
it! Or you can type theirs in to the callto box on NetMeeting, to
call them!
- Now that you have (or know where to find your address) You can
send it in your Ask The Nurse email, along with your Question. Once
we receive your email request to Video Conference with a Nurse, We
will email you back with a time to meet! If your IP Address has
changed since your first initial contact with us? Just re-send it
while you have NetMeeting Open! We will find you! If for some reason
we have a problem contacting you! You can reach us by connecting to
the ils.quicknet.net server.
You can get there by clicking on your phone book icon on NetMeeting,
and typing ils.quicknet.net in the address box!

Setting Up
NetMeeting Preferences
If you have not done so already,
You need to set your NetMeeting Preferences.
First begin by clicking the Undock button above. You can begin
by selecting Tools, Options, & the General tab from the options
menu. Fill in your information (Name email- so on) Then select your
Bandwidth. Most users find the 28,800 setting is appropriate for 28
through 56 modem speeds. Next fill in the info in the: Security,
Audio, & Video, Settings.

Nurse Video Conferencing Services:
Click on the above Secure Donations Icon & Select Ask
The Nurse from the donations selection. You will then receive a
link to go to our Ask The Nurse Submissions Page, where you will be able
to contact one of our 6 Nurses via: email, A/V conferencing, Fax, Video
email, or Audio email. Or for more options, click on one of the selections
buttons to contact a Nurse NOW!

icon below. This will take you to cuseemeworld.com’s conference center. Select Family from the Channels Bar on the left. Look for the Ask The Nurses Private
Chat room in the Family Conference Center. You can join the center for free without purchasing the software. After clicking on the Ask The Nurse
Chat room, your browser will automatically download a plug in which will enable you to audio video chat with one of our nurses using this free plug in.. For those of you who have purchased the
CU-SeeMe software,
simply click on Tools at the top of your Conferencing Companion window and select the sub heading Directory. Copy and paste this address in the ILS Server: dropdown
box:( ils2.cuseeme.com.) Next click enter. After the directory loads, Click on “Comments” look for and then Double click on Head Nurse and CEO MED-HELP.COM & MED-HELP.NET.
