Health Administration Responsibility Project

National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)
NCQA is an independent, nonprofit organization dedicated to assessing and reporting on the quality of managed care plans, including health maintenance organizations (HMOs). Efforts include accreditation and performance measurement (report cards) of health care plans.
