Usually you can get more than plenty of these nutrients by taking a good multivitamin.

It is advisable that you start exercising, eating properly and learning to rest just as soon as possible. This is because nobody is able to fore go all forms of stress. However, by doing these things you can be sure that you do not suffer from any serious health issues because of it.
