Grapefruit Diet

The Grapefruit Diet has been around for many years but was most popular
in the 1980s. Some people claim that this diet has worked for them
while others found it difficult to stay on the grapefruit regimen.
Those that stuck to the diet plan managed to lose up to 10 pounds in 12
days. Some believe this diet to be successful because grapefruit is a
fat burner, while others believe it’s the low calorie intake that helps
you lose pounds. It’s probably a combination of both that make this
diet a success.
