One of the most common cat health problems are hairballs, and
usually, your cat can pass the excessive hair that accumulates in their
stomach either through their feces or through vomiting up the hairball.

Fleas are another one of the most common cat health problems, and
they are a type of external parasite which causes a myriad of common
cat problems in your cat or kitten, and this includes anemia and
tapeworm infection, for instance.

Plant poisoning is another common problem, as most cat owners have
plants and a lot of different plants can have serious affects if a cat
is to eat it.

Worms also commonly affect cats, and worms are parasites that affect
your cat’s health, and cats and kittens can get all different types of
worms: ringworms, roundworms, hookworms, lungworms, and tapeworms, for
instance.

There are also more serious infections that can plague your cat or
kitten and this includes feline infectious enteritis, rabies, and the
cat flu, and there is also feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), feline
infectious peritonitis (FIP), and the feline leukemia virus (FeLV). All
of these are more serious diseases and you should consult with your
veterinarian about vaccinations and treatment.

As well you want to make sure that you take your cat into the
veterinarian for regular checkups even when they are not sick, so that
you can keep an eye on your pet’s health and so that you can use
preventive methods, which are the best form of treatment ever.
